Litchfield Independent School District is Hiring a Media Paraprofessional - Lake Ripley Elementary Near Litchfield, MN
- Assist students and staff in locating materials
- Assist students and staff in the use of technology and equipment in the Library.
- Maintain a computer catalog file of the media center material.
- Perform media circulation responsibilities such as check in and checkout procedures, shelving, straightening of library materials, and overdue and reserve management of library items
- Arrange media center materials in an orderly manner for efficient use and checking out.
- Run and distribute reports as directed by the media specialist.
- Assist in the supervision of students using the Media Center and in other areas as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain book and resource collection by processing periodicals, books, newspapers and new library materials received for circulation, examining returned materials for obvious damage, and pulling library materials that need to be mended, discarded and/or replaced.
- Accept direction from supervising teacher(s) and administrators.

Job Summary: Lake Ripley Elementary seeks a Media Center Paraprofessional.
Schedule: Generally 7 hours a day hours per day.
Essential Functions:
Litchfield I.S.D. 465 is located 1 hour west of the Twin Cities Metro Area and is a member of the Wright County Conference. We are also a 1:1 Apple school with all students and teachers having Macbooks/iPads for educational purposes.
