The Dispatch Coordinator II will use their knowledge to ensure that all service installations and trouble tickets are completed as scheduled. They will have the skillset to help technicians on troubleshooting and verifying customer services are turned up and working correctly. They must also be able to logistically route technicians in their everyday work load.
Work will be performed under the general direction and supervision of the Field Operations Supervisor and/or the Field Operations Manager. The Dispatch Coordinator II will directly coordinate with in-house and contract resources to ensure that all service installations and customer trouble tickets are completed at the time they are scheduled. They must be able to multi-task and provide quick responses to the Field Operations Supervisor. The Dispatch Coordinator II must know how to coordinate and adjust resources to ensure that installations and trouble tickets are done in the most effective and efficient way. They must also work with minimal assistance with the day to day task.
The candidate must have a good aptitude for using software and computers to generate reports, manage tracking, help troubleshoot installations, help troubleshoot trouble tickets, and create schedules.
