ListerPros is a leading real estate media and marketing company seeking individuals interested in photographing residential and commercial properties! No prior photography experience required. However, one thing that is required is excellent customer service skills.

No experience? That’s fine! Just come with a can-do, hard-working attitude and an open mind to learn something new! We will train you in everything you need to know!

We are looking for someone that is interested in working a part time position within our company. We are looking for people that are open to working 15 - 35hrs per week. The amount of work will just depend on workload. This position will sometimes have 0 hours per week. This will mainly be during our slow season which is from November - December. Most weeks will busy.

3 Main Requirements

1) Looking for someone that can work either Mon, Fri & Saturday, or Thurs, Fri & Saturday. Saturday availability will be required for this position.

2) MUST Have Your Own Reliable Vehicle (No shared vehicles)

3) Must Sign Our Non Compete Agreement. This basically states that you will not do any other real estate photography while you are employed with us and up to 2 years after you leave.

4) On the days that you are scheduled to work we will need you available from 9am - sunset. Sunset time will vary depending on the season.

5) Our training is 4-5 days max. We will need someone that can be available for training Mon - Fri during their first week with us. After that training week you will switch over to your 2-3 day schedule.

Initial role as a media specialist (photographer) will start at $16 per hour. We also compensate mileage at $0.30 per mile. You must have your own reliable transportation.

All equipment necessary to do the job is provided by ListerPros. We will even provide a work phone. You don’t use any of your personal equipment, and we DON’T DO lockbox or sign installations! We also pay for your Part 107 Commercial Drone Operator License!

Photographer Job duties would include:

- Driving to and photographing properties
- Utilizing various photography equipment
- Passing the Part 107 FAA drone test for commercial drone application within 90 days
- Learning photography, 3D and videography techniques for real estate

Job requirements include:

- Ability to work indoors & outdoors

- Ability to carry photo, video and 3D gear up and down stairs multiple times a day
- Hard working
- Very Reliable
- Great Customer Service Skills

**Must have your own reliable vehicle**
