We are looking for an experienced Sr. Supply Chain Manager who is self-driven, motivated, digital-savvy and has deep experience in the Supply chain and logistics industry. The ideal candidate must be able to execute the company’s logistics and supply chain vision, bringing their experience and ability to build a strategy from the ground up and improve existing processes. This role is responsible for planning and overseeing the purchasing and logistics flow from overseas suppliers, manage inventory at 3PLs, and allocate goods at various online marketplaces.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon KPIs.
• Direct and coordinate global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, and profitability maximization, resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, overseas manufacturers and logistics partners.
• Collaborate with the sales team to determine the most cost-effective distribution solution of products to consumers.
• Monitor and update inventory allocations to ensure availability at all marketplaces and maximize working capital.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors to achieve the best rates and service.
• Supports proper utilization of ERP system (NetSuite).
• Report appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain management & logistics experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build working relationships.
• Experience working with FBA and Amazon shipments is a must.
• Experience working with NetSuite ERP is a must.
• Excellent Excel and data management skills with the ability to think outside the box.
•  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
