We are looking for Jr. Supply Chain / Logistics Manager who is eager to learn, is self-driven, ambitious, digital-savvy and has experience in the Supply chain and logistics industry. The ideal candidate must be able to execute the company’s logistics and supply chain vision, bringing their experience and ability to helps us build a strategy from the ground up. This role is responsible for overseeing the purchasing and logistics flow from overseas suppliers and manage transfer orders between the warehouses and FBA locations.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders with suppliers based on demand forecast and lead time. 
• Create and monitor container shipments and coordinate with the freight forwarders and warehouses for bookings and timely deliveries.
• Create and book transfer orders between warehouses and FBA locations based on sales demand and coordinate the freight delivery.
• Maintain and establish relationships with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses (3PL) and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
• Supports proper utilization of ERP system.
• Responsible for reporting along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or other relevant degree
• Minimum 3 years of supply chain management & logistics experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel a must. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to build working relationships.
• An optimistic and enthusiastic interpersonal mindset that adds to our growing culture.
• Experience working with FBA and Amazon shipments preferred.
• Experience working with NetSuite ERP preferred.
