Nationwide Immigration Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Report/Data Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1-Data Analysis:

a.Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

b.Interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for stakeholders.

2-Report Development:

a.Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce reporting tools such as Report Builder and Dashboard Builder.

b.Customize reports to meet the specific needs of different departments and user groups.

3-Requirements Gathering:

a.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and objectives.

b.Translate business requirements into technical specifications for report development.

4-Performance Monitoring:

a.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics within Salesforce to track business performance.

b.Identify areas of underperformance or opportunities for optimization.

5-Data Integrity and Quality Assurance:

a.Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce by performing regular data audits and validation checks.

b.Implement data quality best practices to maintain a clean and reliable database.

6-Training and Support:

a.Provide training and support to Salesforce users on report generation, interpretation, and utilization.

b.Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce reporting capabilities and best practices.

7-Continuous Improvement:

a.Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and enhancements related to reporting and analytics.

b.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and drive efficiency gains.

a.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

c.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.

Education: College Degree, Associate in a Computer Science Related Field

Experience:

1.Minimum 1 years of experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
