Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the specified timelines and budget. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project goals align with the organization's objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and milestones.

  • Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation strategies.

  1. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.

  1. Communication:

  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly.

  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team.

  • Prepare and present project reports to management.

  1. Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives.

  • Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.

  1. Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

  • Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

  • Identify risk patterns and present mitigation options to management.

  1. Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  1. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Leadership and team management abilities.

  1. PMP certification or willingness to obtain a certification.
