Lisinski Law Firm is Hiring an Intake Manager Near Norcross, GA

We are looking for a customer-focused Client Success Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to deliver the highest quality service to our clients. Come grow with us!
Position Purpose

The Intake Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. They support the Intake and Client Success teams to reach their full potential and ensure a Red-Carpet experience for each client in their office. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for your local office. 

  • Ensure office open and close checklists are completed daily

  • Oversee office personnel – Client Service Coordinator and Intake Agents

  • Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of intake representatives.

  • Creating Employee work Schedules and ensuring that all employees take their appropriate Breaks & Lunches

  • Managing and Ordering Office supplies and other office needs

  • Direct point of contact to the office location for company communication

  • Tracking sales goals, reporting results, and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Conduct ongoing training to develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Qualifications & Required Skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills particularly in a leadership position

  • World class client service skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves and others, including ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate

  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, results driven environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, DropBox and Case Management or related software

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English)

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Political Science. 4 or more years of experience may substitute for a degree.

  •  2 years prior work experience leading a team in a similar field

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Salary is $62,400.00 Bonus

Schedule- Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
