Lisa A Block, DMD, MS, PC is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Gig Harbor, WA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, perform patient assessments, and maintain excellent patient care.

Duties:
- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft or similar software
- Perform various office tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and answering phones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of medical documentation and dental terminology
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft, CAD/CAM systems, and Epic software is a plus
- Understanding of anatomy and ability to take vital signs
- Certification in Dental Assisting required
- X-Ray certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
