In this role, you'll be an integral part of our store's operations, assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. **Responsibilities:**

- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing alcoholic beverages.
- Share your knowledge of different types of liquor, wines, beers, and other beverages to help customers make informed choices.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a well-organized store appearance.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
- Adhere to local and state regulations governing alcohol sales and responsible service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and support team members during peak periods.
- Promote special offers, discounts, and new products to customers and assist in creating appealing displays.
- Maintain store security by identifying and reporting any suspicious activity or potential theft.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to management to improve the shopping experience.

**Qualifications:**

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Liquor Store experience preferred. Knowledge or interest in alcoholic beverages and their varieties. Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects. Familiarity with local and state laws related to alcohol sales is a plus. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Must be at least legal drinking age.
