We are a large liquor store looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Wine and Spirits Store Manager to lead our team. As our Wine and Spirits Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our wine and spirits department, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and staff training and development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the store's wine and spirits selection, inventory, and sales
• Develop and maintain relationships with wine and spirits vendors
• Plan and coordinate wine and spirits promotions and events
• Train and manage staff on wine and spirits knowledge and sales techniques
• Ensure the store's wine and spirits selection is up to date with the latest trends and customer preferences
• Manage the wine and spirits budget and pricing strategy
• Maintain a clean and organized wine and spirits section of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with wine and spirits selection and recommendations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a retail or liquor store setting
• Expert knowledge of different types of wine and spirits, including varietals, regions, and flavor profiles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, such as cases of wine and spirits
• Must be 21 years of age or older
