Liquid Recovery Solutions is Hiring a Process Technician Near Forest, GA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Duties:

- Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment according to established procedures and guidelines

- Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating equipment

- Collect and analyze data from production runs to identify trends or areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred

- Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles

- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively

- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately record data and maintain documentation

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
