Liquid Agency, a brand experience agency, is looking for a FREELANCE Project Manager for a 12 month engagement. This is a remote position with the ability to work Central Standard Time (must be based in the US) and travel 1-2x per year as needed. 

This Project Manager is responsible for delivering impactful internal Total Rewards communications for our client. You will work closely with the clients Total Rewards team, internal segment communication partners, legal, and Liquids internal team to drive successful project outcomes. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years project management experience in leading internal communications programs. Experience in collaborating with branding, marketing, or advertising agencies and other external partners. 

What you’ll do

Provide proactive leadership for Total Rewards communication projects, motivating and empowering the team to excel in various situations

Take ownership of communication deliverables, overseeing the entire workflow from start to finish, with input from client business leads and Liquid Agency

Work closely with Liquid Agency to define project deliverables, allocate resources effectively, and ensure alignment with clients business needs

Proactively manage projects, identifying obstacles, providing strategic solutions, and ensuring alignment within the project team 

Attend internal client and key Liquid Agency meetings to understand project requirements and ensure effective communication delivery

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels

Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop cross-enterprise and external relationships, interacting successfully at all organizational levels

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated track record of strong stakeholder management skills

Initiative and Collaboration: Strong initiative and follow-through skills, coupled with a collaborative, curious, and empathetic approach

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, with the ability to work Central Standard Time (must be based in the US) and travel 1-2x per year as needed

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Jira, Page Proof, and MS Office is advantageous
