Lipscomb University is Hiring a Missions Process & Logistics Student Worker Near Nashville, TN

Job Summary:

Contribute to the preparation and planning of Lipscomb Missions teams. The work involves detail-oriented projects to ensure successful travel for all mission teams. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work as a team to support student missions at Lipscomb. Must be a current Lipscomb University student.

Role Responsibilities:

Compile spreadsheets to assist the Finance & Logistics Coordinator (fundraising, budgets, travel dates, etc.); Complete STEP registrations, passport checks for teams; Assist in communicating with trip participants, follow up with team storytellers; Collaborate on and attend Missions events/trainings; Collaborate to create branded products (team t-shirts, stickers, etc.); Meet weekly with Missions team; Hold office hours in the Missions Center for a minimum of 2 hours/week; Complete other tasks as assigned

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Current Lipscomb University student; Good standing with the student body; Excel/Sheets experience; Missions experience preferred
