Team Leader

Our Team Leaders are responsible for providing guidance and instruction to our Powdercoat Team Members. Team Leaders will serve as mentors and support a production group of 10-15 Members.

A successful Team Leader will have the ability to build meaningful relationships with their team, ensure a safe, productive work environment and have a passion for leading and developing people.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support daily activities of the team.
• Motivate team to achieve organizational goals.
• Recognize and celebrate top performers.
• Reconize and provide instructional opportunities to improve Team Member performance.
• Promote workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to problem solve in real time.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.

Working Conditions :

Fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications :

• Work Experience : Prior experience in a manufacturing environment helpful, but not experience supporting or leading a team
• Computer Skills : Basic computer skills
• Physical, Mental and Visual Skills : This is an active role that requires standing and walking for a 10-12 hour shift.

Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday.

Work Authorization / Security Clearance

Must be able to pass EVerify.
