Responsibilities:

- Traveling with a coworker in company trucks to residential and commercial properties across the Twin Cities Metro Area.

- Performing exterior window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and roof washing safely and professionally.

- Following instructions from managers, maintaining a positive attitude, and communicating job-related issues promptly.

- Comfortably using and climbing 24' and 32' ladders, with manual dexterity and the ability to lift 50-60lbs.

- Working Monday to Friday starting at 7:30 AM for 8-hour shifts.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- 18 years or older.

- Availability to start work at 7:30 AM and work full-time.

- Previous experience in outdoor or indoor manual labor, ladder work, and management preferred.
