Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs of heavy equipment in the field and shop. Travel to various jobsites (service truck provided) to make electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs on equipment such as, but not limited to, excavators, loaders, compact equipment, and paving equipment. Previous experience with diesel heavy equipment repair is required in order to determine appropriate parts and tools necessary for repairs. Use of a laptop and tablet is a must to run diagnostic tests and document repair information. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
