Lionheart Distributing is a respected distributor of snack foods, including potato chips, pretzels, tortilla chips, and more. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and efficiency across all levels of our operations. We are currently looking for versatile General Laborers to join our team on an as-needed basis, providing support across various operational needs.

Position Summary:

The General Laborer will assist with a variety of tasks as needed, including building and vehicle maintenance, warehousing assistance, and merchandising. This role requires a flexible, reliable individual who is available to work on an on-call basis. The ideal candidate will be someone who can adapt quickly to different tasks and is capable of physical labor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with building maintenance tasks, including repairs and cleaning.
• Help with basic vehicle maintenance and preparations for transportation needs.
• Support warehousing operations, including loading and unloading goods, organizing stock, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Assist in merchandising efforts in various retail locations, setting up displays, and stocking shelves.
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general labor, particularly in maintenance, warehousing, or merchandising.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Flexible availability to work on an as-needed basis, sometimes with little advance notice.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with using basic hand tools and maintenance equipment is a plus.
