Linxx Global Solutions, LLC (Linxx) is currently seeking an experienced Senior Tech with a minimum of 10 years in the field to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of network infrastructure and security, exhibit proficiency in server operating systems, and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
These positions are contingent upon contract award. This position is not at a specific location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize 10 years of experience to provide comprehensive support in network infrastructure and security, covering firewalls, switches, NAS, WAP, VLANs, IoT, and DMZs.
- Possess extensive knowledge of server operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
- Offer remote assistance to clients through screenshare, emails, and phone calls, ensuring effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Willingness to travel onsite when required to support various clients located in the Hampton Roads Area.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service while being self-motivated to meet or exceed set expectations.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Proficiency in network infrastructure and security concepts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of server operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
- Proven ability to support customers remotely and onsite as needed.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Position Type: Part-time remote salary.
- Average Work Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week; flexibility required based on client needs.
- Work Schedule: Non-standard, with on-call availability Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and occasional weekend and after-hours support.
