Linx Community Services, seeking a leader to help support community services, for children and adults who may have a disability. The successful Residential Coordinator is on-call and must have transportation. This applicant must possess strong supervisory skills, and have experience in managing 24 hr residential sites, which include staff scheduling, payroll, direct care, administrative tasks, interviewing, training and hiring processes. Involvement in IDT meetings, residential visits, and all team decisions. Candidate must be CPR/First Aid certified or available to attend paid training session, and have AMAP certification, or eligible for testing. Background check through WV Cares is required for employment. Residential Coordinator will report directly to the Residential Director. One year of Supervisory/Management experience preferred, but not required. Applicant must possess excellent verbal, communication, and writing skills. The Coordinator applicants must have Drivers License, Current Registration, and Insurance on vehicle. Linx offers mileage reimbursement, and competitive wages.
