As a Lead Commercial Financial Analyst at CONMED, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making across the Foot & Ankle organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Sales reporting - Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc. v. Plan, Quota, Prior Year etc. Prepare and maintain sales analysis and trend reporting Create insightful reports to allow our sales organization to operate more strategically Manage and maintain internal systems that support pipeline activities Ad hoc reporting and projects for Foot & Ankle Interact with Salesforce, Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, IT, Corporate Finance Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process changes to generate new insights or create efficiencies in reporting Regularly analyze competitor and market performance Understands key products and services in the industry Synthesizes market trends on sources of volume and strategic focus Creates a standardized way to track KPIs as well as a consistent method to report back to the business Recognizes and assesses problems, opportunities and methods for improving existing Prepare, analyze, and distribute ongoing reports for use by key stakeholders (thoroughly documenting specifications, instructions, and/or flowcharts). Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. Regularly monitor and maintain data integrity and quality. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and optimization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. 5 years of experience, preferably in a sales support or finance setting Preferred Experience, Competencies, and Education Understanding of data modeling concepts and principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets. Effective communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights. Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and tools. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
