```Duties```
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Communicate directly and fluently with overseas Project Managers regarding product development
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

```Experience```
- Proven work experience as an Industrial Designer, Consumer Product Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects showcasing your skills in consumer product design
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and similar softwares
- Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) best practices
