LinQuest is seeking a Senior Systems/Digital Engineer to join our team in Dayton, OH. US Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance required.

The candidate will be responsible for translating conceptual descriptions of potential future Air Force Capability solutions into detailed digital models using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler. The individual in this position will work as part of an integrated team including operational subject matter experts (SMEs), mission modelers, simulation developers, and analysts and must be able to communicate effectively. As conceptual capability solutions are considered, the candidate will work collaboratively with the government technical lead to develop an initial digital model and continue to refine the model based on feedback from other team members throughout the experimentation and analysis process. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong System Modeling skills using SysML – based MBSE tools
• Digital System Modeling / Systems Engineering (10-15 yrs)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Statistical analysis / ORSA skills
• Coding skills with Python, MATLAB, and/or other related tools
• 5-10 years operational experience as a combat aircraft pilot; navigator; electronic warfare officer; or weapons officer
