LinQuest is seeking a Requirements and Studies Analyst to join our team in Albuquerque, NM supporting the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.

In this role, you will support the Nuclear Weapons Center Air Delivered Capabilities Directorate to conduct gap analysis and manage requirements documents over the life cycle of air delivered nuclear weapon systems to include modernizations, tech refreshes, and numerous emerging requirements from the warfighter and other customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies, trade studies, and gap analyses to inform decision-making
• evaluate technology and system solutions against program objectives and search for horizontal integration opportunities.
• Use multi-attribute tradespace exploration (MATE) to perform sensitivity analyses, understanding the impact of changes in system requirements or design parameters on overall system performance and program outcomes.
• Coordinate with NNSA and ensure USAF data needs are managed, updated, provide reports through Sandia National Laboratories Weapon System Configuration Database manager.
• Develop/maintain system requirement specifications and interface control documents.
• Refine threshold and objective values through research and analysis, investigation, appraisal, and correction.
• Ensure traceability and compliance of system requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Apply configuration management and warhead/delivery system integration expertise to support requirement management analysis efforts affiliated with threshold/objective values.
• Track, monitor, and provide analysis for requirement changes and document a framework for requirements traceability that links top-level to lower-level system requirements to help ensure consistency, correctness, and comprehensiveness, and perform analysis of traceability.
• Some travel to support customer mission and goals may be required

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or operations research field; Master’s degree highly desired
• 10 years experience with nuclear-capable aircraft (fighter/bomber) and/or air-delivered nuclear weapons and warheads (B61, B83, and W80).
• Understanding of platform/weapons interface and test parameters.
• Understanding of DoD JCIDS processes.
• Understanding of how tradeoffs in system capabilities inform acquisition/sustainment decisions.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities by levels of importance and suspense dates.
• Ability to work with a team of multi-disciplined specialists, including military, civilian, and other contractor personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, including a matrixed environment.
• Able to work in a secure, confined location.
• An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
