Skilled Nursing Facility company hiring full-time regional office managers in the following locations: San Diego, Los Angeles, San Jose (Bay Area), and Sacramento (greater area). The candidate must have billing experience within a skilled nursing facility. The candidate will assist various facilities within their assigned geographic location in billing Medicare, Medi-Cal, Managed Care insurance, Hospice, Private, and other payer types. Will be responsible for billing, follow up, and appealing various claims to ensure payment is received. The candidate will also temporarily fill-in as a facility office manager during medical leave, etc. Must be willing to work at various facilities on a rotating basis as necessary. The candidate must be results-focused and detail-oriented. Must work well with residents and families as well as co-workers. Must be able to meet billing deadlines and follow a calendar to ensure that other deadlines are met. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to problem solve. We are looking for a professional candidate who has a desire to learn and grow with the company. Travel is required to all facilities in the assigned area. This is not a remote or work from home position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
