Outpatient Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner opportunity between Lilburn and Gainesville, Georgia. Orthopedic experience is required as office is a satellite location for Practice and some solo Provider days each week are expected. No traffic and great location just north of Atlanta. Consider a reverse commute.

About the Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity

• Practice team for office is Surgeon (Sports and Extremity) and Spine (non-invasive), Physician Assistant, Physical Therapist, and Medical Assistant
• Patient visits are split between General Ortho and Spine 60:40
• Complete Physical Exam and evaluations for patients, order diagnostics (CT, MRI etc), refer for Surgery, Injections, or Physical Therapy
• 12-18 patients a day
• No Narcotics
• Anesthesiologist does epidural injections, nerve blocks, facet injections, ablations, spinal cord stimulator at Ambulatory Surgical Center
• Group has multiple Atlanta locations
• EMR is Eclinical works (ECW)
• Office hours are 8:30-4:30
• No weekends
• No call
• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner does Trigger point, Bursa, and Joint Injections in office

Requirements of Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity

• Graduate of Master’s Level Program
• National Certification
• Over one year of outpatient Orthopedic experience
• Georgia State Medical Board License
• Proven Career and training focus in Orthopedics
• Injection experience appreciated (training available)
• Proficient with daily patient progress notes
