LEAP is looking for a part-time (20-25 hours/week) Benefits Navigator who will provide information and referrals, primarily via phone, to individuals with disabilities, their family members, and members of the community. The Information Assistance Specialist will conduct outreach activities to un-served and underserved populations, connecting people with disabilities to available resources, and will maintain all relevant recordkeeping and documentation. This position offers a hybrid, flexible schedule!
