Dispatch Operator（Bilingual in English and Chinese）

Duties:
- Plan and coordinate transportation routes for efficient delivery of goods
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Utilize Transportation Management system to track shipments and update status
- Communicate with drivers and logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor GPS tracking systems to track the location of vehicles in real-time
- Perform data entry tasks to update shipment information in the system
- Assist with fleet management by scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Dispatch drivers to assigned routes and provide necessary instructions

Skills:
- Strong transportation planning skills to optimize delivery routes
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective coordination with drivers, customers, and logistics personnel
- Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management system for tracking shipments and updating status
- Knowledge of logistics operations and industry best practices
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems for real-time vehicle monitoring
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills for updating shipment information
- Understanding of fleet management principles and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
