Job Qualifications:

• Current PT licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Submit to and receive satisfactory results of a criminal background check

• Have reliable transportation

• Be eligible to work in the US
