Sourcing Recruitment Specialist

Together, we work closely, developing and executing recruitment strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of talent. We actively seek out tools and processes to strengthen our talent pool, as our therapists extend their vital support to senior populations across the nation, from Maryland and New York to New Jersey and Florida.

Sourcing Recruitment Specialist Requirements & Responsibilities:

· 1 years of proven experience in exceeding recruitment goals in a staffing or talent acquisition team is required.

· Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

· Prior experience in utilizing multiple sources to build pipelines included but not limited to direct applicant pools, databases, online profile sources (Linked In, Indeed Resume), social media, and passive applicant drip campaigns.

· Working knowledge of best-in-class practices for boolean and other search strings.

· Research, executive, and provide insight on tools for passive candidate outreach.

· Experience in navigating Applicant Tracking Systems & direct application management.

· Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

· Additional administrative support as requested by the internal talent acquisition team.

Location: Hybrid role with two days onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ
