LOOKING FOR A 18 HOURS A WEEK PART-TIME FEMALE DSP- IN Minnetonka

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform tasks as delegated and indicated on the care plan for respite client during a specified work period including, but not limited to;

a. Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.

B. Preparing and serving meals and snacks.

2. The Aide will understand the basic elements of body functioning.

3. Knowledge of and utilizes appropriate age related patient care protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of all patients.

4. Must have good interpersonal skills, be courteous and caring.

5. Must know medical terminology, organizational policies and procedures.

6. Requires ability to do detailed work correctly, function under and handle stress.

7. Maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications

1. Have some experience in providing Home health services.

2. The applicant must have a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.

3. Must pass several background checks including fingerprinting thru MN-DHS Net Study (unless a Net Study was previously completed).

4. Basic computer skills including client charting, email, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
