About the job The Procurement & Sales Coordinator will provide support to the management team in our sales & projects department.
This includes sending proposals (new and renewals) & placing orders for products and services; updating tracking details & estimated arrivals for all orders;
as well as other administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings with clients & vendors, office communications & preparing of sales materials.
Utilizing excellent customer service, active listening, empathy, & attention to detail, when following up with clients on send proposals.
Following the sales ticket life cycle through the procurement and preparation phase. Assigning resources to tickets as directed by the Sales & project Management Team & working directly with the technical staff as well as the Ticket Coordinators to ensure all client expectations are met.
Placing orders for products and services approved by clients and ensuring all information is documented properly in ConnectWise such as Order PO / ID with ETAs of each item.
Managing product and service delivery timeframes, tracking details, & communicating delivery expectations to staff by working closely with Project & Ticket Coordinators to meet delivery milestones Ensuring Bench team has all details needed to prep any anticipated hardware Monitor all incoming client items such as laptops for repair or inventory & update clients a needed.
Assist in Managing In-House Product Inventory Assist in Handling Product Returns Assist in Verifying Vendor invoices for accuracy before sending to A / P Sending proposals for products & services while giving special attention for time sensitive quotes such as renewals, etc.
Working with technical staff to ensure products & services meet the client’s needs. Consistent follow up with Clients on Proposal Status ensuring the client has a full understanding of what is being quoted.
Follow up with Management on sales tickets they are working on directly as needed ensuring the latest notes are in the ticket for them.
Updating ConnectWise configurations as needed / able to for renewals and related items. Review all projects@ emails for action required creating tickets as needed under the supervision of the Projects team.
Qualifications Procurement : 1 year (Required) Preferrably with MSP Customer service : 1 year (Required) Day Shift (Required) Sales : 1 year (Preferred) QuickBooks : 1 year (Preferred) Experience with ConnectWise ( Preferred $22 to $25 per hour.
