We are in search of a lively, caring, reliable, and compassionate front office receptionist in our cosmetic dental practice located in Midtown Manhattan.

Job Duties Entail:

-Greeting patients as they come into the office

-Answering phones, texts, and emails efficiently and professionally to schedule patients. Dentrix and Dental Intel experience a plus.

-Verifying insurance benefits and submitting claims

-Presenting treatment plans and communicating patient's insurance coverage with them

-Maintaining an efficient schedule

Preferred 2 year experience MINIMUM in the dental field.

We have a multi-disciplinary practice with multiple general dentists, as well as in-house specialists.
