- Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings and engineering instruction.

- Able to concentrate on the task at hand.
- Strong communication skills
- Completion of formal apprenticeship program, technical certificate or in house maintenance training program
- Machine maintenance work experience
- Lift 75 pounds
- Able to walk up a ladder.
- Able to work overtime.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Preventative and corrective Machine maintenance
- Analyses mechanical and electrical operational problems on assigned equipment.
- Make necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain maximum quality and production.
