To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Cash handling experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Previous experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience conducting interviews is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and budgeting
- Knowledge of retail management principles

Sales Associates hourly wage plus commission avg top sales reps earn between $23-$25 an hour, which includes commission after training 45k to 50k but you must be a star seller with a proven track record. w CHECK REFERENCES. You must have a car for our elmsford and west nyack locations,

Supervisors earn up to $23-$28 or up to $60k a year must be a great sales person

and 100% responsible.

Assistant managers up to 70k

Managers up top 80k

Operations Manager 90k
