Job Summary:
Are you meticulous about cleanliness and passionate about maintaining a safe and healthy environment? Join our team as a Cleaning Services Technician! In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning various University facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7pm – 3:30am. Occasional weekend rotations may be required as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform custodial maintenance duties such as replenishing supplies, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and more.
• Conduct thorough sanitization of surfaces, fixtures, and facilities to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Maintain and clean custodial equipment regularly.
• Monitor inventory levels and report when supplies need replenishment.
• Report facility deficiencies or safety concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all University policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive Linfield University vehicles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum one year of cleaning experience preferred, or equivalent training.
• Strong attendance record and ability to follow directions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy physical work in various weather conditions.
• Tasks may include lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
