Commercial Manager

For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. In this role you will: ·Undertake peer review of milestone estimates prepared by others. Provide the client with reports on completeness of scope and accuracy of value at each milestone. Alternatively prepare independent estimates providing commentary on level of design / completeness of scope at project design milestones ·Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting ·Assist the client / client’s legal team with preparation of the construction contract and execution of same ·Oversee project spend by creating cost reports and clearly communicating variations to your team ·Support the project manager in the monthly requisition process, ·Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency ·Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication We would love to hear from you if you: ·Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects ·Have a degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline ·Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing ·Are happy to travel for short periods to meet with your clients, partners and team ·Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines ·Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
