Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) / Battery Field Services Technician

Experience Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Experience with testing USP systems
• Experience in performing capacitor and component replacements in UPS systems
• Experience in trouble shooting alarms in UPS systems
• Experience in replacing UPS systems from 5 KVA to 200 KVA, single and 3-phase.
• Experience in installing maintenance bypass switches for UPS systems
• Experience with working on 12 to 480 volts DC and 120 to 480 volts AC
• Experience with using a oscilloscope, volt, and amp meters
• Must be willing and able to travel offshore (Gulf of Mexico) by boat or helicopter
• Must be able to work unsupervised and to perform job reports
• Must have a current drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must be ablt to lift 50 lbs
• Familiar with NEC standards and electrical codes a plus
