As the D2C Store Systems Analyst and Solution Architect, you will design, build, and support IT solutions that define how the Lindt and Sprungli North American Companies deliver award-winning in-store consumer experiences. In this role, you will be accountable for the conversion of business needs into architectures, designs, implementation plans, and support structures that define the D2C systems architecture at the North American level. As a member of a larger Lindt and Sprungli Global IT community developing solutions in the D2C space, you will also participate in the development of technology solutions, design patterns, and best practices for all of Lindt and Sprungli' s global IT D2C landscape. This individual will holistically represent Lindt and Sprungli' s North America IT D2C capabilities and will not be aligned to an individual brand to optimize overall value across LSNA companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary technical liaison with the Lindt and Sprungli North American D2C business process owners (BPOs) to understand in-store business and system requirements and provide a critical link between the functional and technical delivery to ensure a complete and cohesive solution.
• Oversee/coordinate delivery of new software and hardware rollouts related to in-store systems including Point-of-Sale (POS) registers, payment, and back-office infrastructure for Lindt and Sprungli's North American retail stores, including network, peripherals, and phone systems.
• On behalf of the Lindt and Sprungli D2C team, function as the primary technical point of contact (POC) for in-store systems with other internal Lindt and Sprungli North American and Global IT teams including infrastructure, IT security, and upstream and downstream System Analysts and Solution Architects overseeing SAP, Magento, and Fluent Order Management Systems.
• Design, Implement and oversee D2C IT operational support protocols with third parties to ensure up time of in-store D2C solutions at the North American level.
• Within the Lindt and Sprungli North American change and incident management processes, function as the primary D2C IT POC for approvals on changes and priority 1 (P1) incidents related to in-store systems.
• Act as the Primary POC for North American D2C BPOs in planning and execution of New Store Openings and closings; coordinating all necessary activities associated with third parties and other Internal Lindt and Sprungli North American and global IT teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience working across direct-to-consumer retail and ecommerce business functions; with emphasis on in-store point of sale (POS) systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Experience designing and implementing security assessments, pen tests and PCI compliance in the retail store context.
• Experience designing and implementing POS and infrastructure monitoring tools and configuration management systems.
• Experience with development, implementation, and support of POS integrations with payment gateways (Verifone, POINT, ADYEN, WorldPay etc.,)
• The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of collaboration and influence outside of direct control. Success in this role demands a candidate with the capacity to craft effective structures and processes, a natural inclination for discipline and meticulous follow-up, exceptional communication skills, and adeptness in navigating a matrix organization to achieve results through indirect influence.

Preferred Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JDA and/or SAP POS retail software, specifically in implementing and optimizing the system within the US market with demonstrated success in navigating regional nuances and compliance standards.
