Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products or services and drive customer engagement and retention. They will coordinate marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand consistency.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Coordinate and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, advertising, and events.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product launches and sales objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including content for websites, brochures, presentations, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to support marketing efforts and enhance brand reputation.

Qualifications

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related fiel
  • 3 years proven experience in marketing oversignt with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Extensive understanding of B to C marketing specific to HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.
  • Experience in Recruitment Marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
