Lindsey Amonette McCarter Beauchamp + Glassford PLLC is Hiring a Legal Receptionist Near Nashville, TN

Lindsey Amonette McCarter Beauchamp Glassford PLLC, a Nashville-based 8-lawyer Family Law Firm, is seeking for immediate hire an Executive Receptionist who will also serve as an assistant to the firm’s Office Manager.

Pay: $20/an hour (covered parking onsite included).

Legal experience strongly preferred.

Prior experience in Communications, Customer Relations preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

Greet all visitors.

Answering and returning telephone calls.

Keep firm calendar.

Responding to inquiries for services.

Run conflict checks.

Interaction with clients.

Organization and execution of time-sensitive tasks and projects.

Help with e-filing.

Communication with third-parties including potential clients, court clerks, court staff, other attorneys and their staff, and third-party vendors.

Someone who exercises and values discretion and is rule-oriented

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with MS Word and Excel.

Experience with MyCase.

Excellent communication skills, including phone communication skills.

Excellent organization skills.

The ability to multi-task.

The ability to work calmly under stress and time-sensitive deadlines.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Empathy for others.

Discretion and the willingness and ability to maintain client confidences.

15 days of PTO .

Eligible to participate in law firm retirement plan.

Typical Hours: M-F/8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
