Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, detail-oriented, good communication skills, team player, and ready to learn. Responsibilities include the following:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations for Residential Projects
- Manage and schedule subcontractors
- Review construction drawings and specifications
- Evaluate and ensure work meets Lindsay Construction standards
- Ordering and tracking of job materials
- Maintain project schedule
- Maintain an organized and clean job site
- Help maintain positive client satisfaction
- Attend bi-weekly project meetings
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Foreman experience
- Hands-on carpentry experience
- Read and understand blueprints
- Good communication skills
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Willingness to learn
