Lindner Properties is Hiring a Landscape Technician Near Columbia, MO

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our landscaping team

· Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver’s License.

· Must be able and willing to work outside during periods of inclement weather.

· Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team setting.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns and other outdoor spaces.

· Follow specific instructions, guidelines, and schedules provided by the Facilities Manager to ensure efficient and effective mowing operations.

· Operate various lawn care equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers to perform routine tasks, including mowing grass, trimming the edges, and blowing away debris.

· Assist with other grounds maintenance tasks as assigned, such as debris removal, weed control, and general outdoor cleanup.

· Follow safety protocols, including wearing protective gear, operating equipment with caution, and maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
