What you will enjoy doing*

• You will interact with customers to identify new Healthcare and Specialty Gases applications technology needs
• Lead research and development programs from conceptualization through commercial launch
• You will define program scope and develop and implement associated technology development plans
• Work with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to execute project deliverables
• Design bench-scale systems to conduct proof of concept evaluations
• Direct product prototype development and plan and support end-user evaluation
• Ensure compliance of new product designs with regulatory requirements and applicable standards
• You will document project output and provide program updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Assess ideas and technologies for development potential and develop intellectual property

What makes you great

• You will have a Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering or related discipline and 3 years of experience in a related field, or a PhD degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering or related discipline
• You must be able to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic and international)

The base salary range for this position is $73,575 - $107,910.
