Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 Years Experience in Project Management Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Manage construction schedule and activities - Scheduling, Project Reporting
- Excellence in the budgeting of financial resources, Cost Tacking, Quantity Tracking
- Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts and drawings of the project
- Ability to lead a team by being a good and effective communicator
