Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 Years Experience in Project Management Preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Manage construction schedule and activities - Scheduling, Project Reporting
  • Excellence in the budgeting of financial resources, Cost Tacking, Quantity Tracking
  • Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts and drawings of the project
  • Ability to lead a team by being a good and effective communicator
