- In this role, you will weld, layout and fit-up carbon steel and / or alloy steel based on construction drawings
- Workmanship must meet company standards for quality including radiographic repair rate for this role
- Further, you must follow Linde safety policies and procedures as outlined in the safety manual
- Productivity level must consistently equal the company’s established productivity requirements, as defined by work instructions
- You also will instruct and direct work of others, as required
- You will maintain the 5- S program in the structure shop as well as the rest of the shop
