What you will enjoy doing*
- You will assemble reciprocating pumps & systems as well as centrifugal pumps & systems
- Further, you will perform liquid nitrogen testing & hydrostatic pressure testing, and perform assembly of expander packaged systems
- In this role, you will be in charge to performs repairs on pumps (centrifugal and piston) and repairs on expanders
- You will perform troubleshooting (fault finding) of mechanical equipment and components
- In addition, you will clean and assemble equipment to oxygen service standards
- Follow all relevant procedures and instructions is part of this role as well
- Moreover, you will work independently and with others in the workshop
- Also, you will be responsible to ensures machinery is assembled and tested according to the procedures and design criteria
- You have an electro-mechanical trade school or equivalent and three (3) years’ experience in technical field
- Further, you have experience with industrial equipment and knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- You own good computer skills (Microsoft and similar), as well as knowledge of cryogenic equipment
- Understanding of rotating equipment and oxygen cleaning is required for this role
- You have the ability to read blue-prints (mechanical) and a basic Electrical knowledge
- Ability to use measurement devices is required
