Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a clerical office setting of a manufacturing facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and noise from the production floor.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Minimum Of 3 Years’ Related ExperiencePreferred Education and Experience:CPA or other accounting/finance certificates

The Controller assists the Finance Director in preparing and reporting financial statements conforming to principles of accounting and regulatory requirements. Ensure prepared financial statements are in accordance with management’s instructions.
Your profile
Responsibilities
- Active support of the accounting/finance department
- Maintain general ledger accrual accounts
- Prepare monthly Cash Flow Analysis
- Prepare Working Capital follow up information
- LNA Capex management
- Support Gross Margin Reporting
- Regular analysis of business relevant key figures with Finance Director
- Supporting compiling of monthly reports using SAP B1 & Lucanet
- Reconcile sub-ledgers to general ledger
- Participation in monthly, quarterly, annual & consolidated financial statements as needed
- Contribute to annual Budgeting process
- Contribute to the annual Audit
- Other duties as needed
- Provide back up support to the Finance Manager and Finance team as needed
- Financial Management.
- Technical Capacity.
- Project Management.
- Ethical Conduct.
- Very good analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills & intermediate Office applications
- Team player with an ability to work independently
- Ideal candidate would have SAP Business One or other ERP experience
- Knowledge of databases and process mapping
