Lincotek Surface Solutions is Hiring a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Tech I Near Hickory, NC
- Undertaking and completion of preventive maintenance activities to plant equipment utilizing the plant computerized maintenance management system.
- Troubleshooting equipment problems or failures, determining the appropriate actions for repair, specifying parts and materials needed for repair, and ordering parts as required.
- Developing solid, professional working relationships with all plant employees, and responding to requests for maintenance in a timely manner so as to reduce plant equipment downtime.
- Must have the ability to complete repairs to equipment with minimal supervision, especially while working on the off-shifts.
- Perform all planned and unplanned facility maintenance activities
- Manage and update maintenance documents
- Analysis, purchase, installation and coordination for new plant/processes consumables and spare parts.
Experience
Required- 1. Knowledge of CMMS, PLC, vacuum, electronics, welding, precision measuring instruments and ability to understand Blueprints2. Career readiness certificate (minimum silver)
Education
Required- High School or better
