Essential Functions

1. Prep-work of parts
2. Sanding and or gritting of parts
3. Taping and masking of parts
4. Run coating/welding automatic equipment
5. Check process parameters
6. Continuously monitor equipment status, keeping the production output within the required
7. tolerances
8. Perform standard maintenance activities on guns and equipment
9. Keep the fixtures clean and ready to operate
10. Assist and perform duties as assigned by Production Manager
11. Use calibrated instruments to perform critical measurements
12. Enter Data into Electronic Log Books using Microsoft Excel, Word or other computer software
13. Working in the Company's Quality and Safety System context, in accordance with its procedures and requirements

Work Environment

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift and or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, requiring 8 hours of work per day Monday thru Friday, some overtime as business needs change. Willing to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends, if necessary.

Required Education and Experience

1. Career readiness certificate (minimum silver)
2. Able to work in a face paced environment.
3. Must be able to plan, prioritize, and perform work in an efficient manner to meet schedules

5. Able to lift at least 50lbs
